Having settled in various corners of the globe - from Europe to South East Asia and America - I developed a profound interest in natural health practices and the therapeutic potential of local herbs and foods in every place I temporarily called home.

I am a proud graduate of the Chopra Center for Well Being in Carlsbad, CA, where I obtained certification as an Ayurvedic Instructor in Perfect Health.

I hold a Ph.D. in Natural Health from Kingdom College of Natural Health.

With expertise as a bio-energetic practitioner and certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I am committed to promoting overall well-being to my clients.

‍Furthermore, I am a seasoned Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained and certified in the traditional art of energy healing.
